“The Time Has Come” – Annex: Reaching out to female partners of men who have sex with men is a training module for health care providers to address intimate partner transmission of HIV between men who have sex with men (MSM) and their female partners in Asia and the Pacific. It looks at the types of approaches and strategies that could be used in different health care settings to reach MSM as well as their female partners with information, services and referrals.

This training module is an annex to the regional training package developed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013, titled “The Time Has Come” – Enhancing HIV, STI and other sexual health services for MSM and transgender people in Asia and the Pacific, which aims to reduce stigma in health care settings and to enhance HIV, STI and other sexual health services for MSM and transgender people in Asia and the Pacific.
