This report provides the summary and key issues raised at the ‘South-East Asia Court of Women on HIV and Human Trafficking: From Vulnerability to Free, Just, and Safe Movement’, which took place on 6 August 2009 in Bali, Indonesia. The intention of this publication is to stimulate debate and action on the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and human trafficking in the region beyond the life of the South-East Asia Court of Women on HIV and Human Trafficking such that women and girls in the region are ensured that their rights to health, well-being, dignity, and movement are free, just, and safe.
