An ever greater share of development financing in Asia and the Pacific is being raised by governments in the form of domestic revenues, as foreign assistance better known as ODA continues to decline, a new report published by the by the Asia-Pacific Development Effectiveness Facility (AP-DEF) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) revealed on Wednesday.
