Do you know someone who deserves recognition for their work on peace or conflict-prevention in their community?

N-Peace is a multi-country network of peace advocates in Asia working on the advancement of women and peace issues. The network is coordinated by UNDP’s Bangkok Regional Hub and supports women's leadership for conflict prevention, recovery, peacebuilding and more. Countries that are part of the network include Pakistan, Nepal, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Myanmar and the Philippines.

The N-Peace Awards “recognize individuals who work on women, peace and security by profiling, documenting and highlighting their work and achievements”.

The Awards are intended to further the cause of peace, gender equality, equal participation, and empowerment of women. This year’s seven participating countries include Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Myanmar, The Philippines, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka

Nominate your peace hero by submitting your Nomination Form via e-mail to by 30 April 2017.
